Resellers
Reselling is not allowed in Australia or New Zealand . If you have been requested to purchase a licence for a customer in Australia or New Zealand, please advise your customer to apply to Akcelik & Associates.
For countries outside Australia and New Zealand, reselling the SIDRA SOLUTIONS software products is subject to a written permission from Akcelik and Associates Pty Ltd. This permission will only be given subject to a number of conditions.
Conditions
- Permission must be obtained from Akcelik & Associates for each sale. Reselling will be permitted only if the customer is not able to purchase from Akcelik & Associates directly.
- Reseller must be able to determine the prices applicable from the International Order Form, and must NOT request a quote from Akcelik & Associates .
- Reseller must NOT charge the End User above the prices listed on the Akcelik & Associates web site.
- A Reseller's commission is not available . However, Reseller may charge a purchasing service fee to the End User if acceptable by the End User. This service fee must not be added to the list prices shown in the Products Table but must be quoted separately to the End User.
- Reseller must read the Licence Conditions, and ensure that these conditions are satisfied for each sale conducted.
- The International Order Form must be submitted with End User details. In the Order Form, the Reseller must answer YES to the question " Are you a RESELLER? "
- The RESELLER Form must be submitted with Reseller details.
- Reseller must make payment before the software is dispatched to the End User.
- Akcelik & Associates will dispatch the software and give the registration details to the End User directly. The Reseller must NOT request the software or any registration information from Akcelik & Associates or the End User .
- The End User must NOT make the registration details available to the Reseller.
