How to place your order for SIDRA software
Ordering
To place your order for SIDRA software:
- Please read the Licence Conditions and select the Licence Types (Professional, Educational, Small Office, Medium Office, Large Office) appropriate for your organisation carefully. Multi-site licences are available.
- Read the System Requirements for the relevant software:
- SIDRA INTERSECTION
- SIDRA TRIP - Download and complete the relevant Order Form:
- Australia
- International - Fax or mail the completed Order Form to Akcelik and Associates.
- Payments must be made in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD).
US Government agencies: Payment in US Dollars may be acceptable upon application. A service fee may be applicable. Please contact our sales office: info@sidrasolutions.com

Delivery
The software CD will be dispatched after payment is received:
- Within Australia: Prices include postage, handling and delivery by Express Post.
- All Other Countries: The International Handling fee includes International Courier for safe and fast delivery with tracking ability. We need your street address and phone number for courier deliveries.
User Guide
Printed User Guide is not available. A free electronic copy of the User Guide is installed with the software (and is available on the software CD).
Security
You should never send your payment details (credit card numbers, etc) by normal email. When sending the Order Form to us by fax, you should ensure that the correct fax number is used to prevent the information going to a wrong destination.
Privacy
In all cases, we respect the privacy requirements regarding all information supplied to us, and we undertake not to pass any information on to any third parties.
